Positives: Great location. Plenty of room. Nice to have to own kitchen.

Negatives: Ice maker in room was broke. Fridge/dishwasher was leaking. Maintenance guy sent to fix, had no idea what he was doing. Also the ceilings are paper thin. If anyone is staying above you, your going to hear every step.
