cleanliness wasn’t up to par. our sheets had stains on them, there was a used bandaid in the shower on the body wash dispenser. my husband went for extra towels and when he came back to place them on the shelf above the commode the shelf fell on one side from the wall into the commode tank. the bathroom floors needed swept and mopped.
