Positives: Its a very simple hotel.. no bell and wistles but its close to the 64 and i had no complaints on the bed... bkfast was good..
Negatives: Its a little out dated but if u just need a place to sleep itz good..

Negatives: Everythingthere were clumps of hair on the floor in the bathroom, other things on the wall and in the tub that were filthy, roaches in the lobby, stains on the bedding at the foot of the bed, the person at the counter tried to keep my debit card and ID.

Positives: It was clean. The breakfast was good.
Negatives: Well, I booked a room with a bed and a pull out sofa. There were no blankets or sheets for the pull out sofa. When asking for them, I was told they were not any. I explained that my daughter was sleeping there. Staff acted confused and put out by the request. Staff moved our room, but I still didn't understand. I need sheets and blankets. I ask if they do not provide those for the pull out sofa. He then called Manger and moved us rooms next to the one we were in and gave us a sheet, a pillow, and a blanket. It was very frustrating. I know what kind of room I booked. I have never had problems getting stuff for the pull out before. Usually, it's in the room somewhere or on the bed. The lights in the room by the bed were broken, and the light bulbs were busted. I am very disappointed in the customer service.

Positives: Spacious room! Laid out well. Nice, comfortable bed. A/C worked very well.
Negatives: Needs to be freshened up. Furniture seemed worn out. Carpet. The room I was in was overwhelmed with very strong smell of deodorizer masking something that triggered my allergies. Couldnt the indoor pool have tinted windows or shades of some kind? Seems like having it on display where outsiders can easily look in makes for a lack of protection.
