Between Monday, Jun 5th, 2023 at midnight and Tuesday, Jun 6th, 2023 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Tuesday, Jun 6th, 2023 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Jun 6, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night charge (Property policy).

Negatives: The hotel room was subpar. My parents did not sleep there the 2nd night. I wasted money. I had to pick them up at around 9p due to roaches on the wall. They did not feel comfortable using the shower so they ended up driving across town to my place the 1st night. I was embarrassed for making the reservation there for them.
