Positives: We love the location of this hotel. Been staying here for 4 years. Love the option of a balcony as well. Staff is usually very friendly.

Negatives: On this particular stay our room was sub par. I felt like because we booked at a discounted rate we got an old, musty, not so well kept room. The towels were rough and ancient. And not even a bar of soap at the sink to wash your hands. Balcony was not well cleaned, bathroom was eh.

Positives: First, the front desk lady: Markisha, SOOOO NICE!! We would get texts throughout our stay asking how everything was, and if we needed anything. It was fabulous. It was right in the middle of downtown. We brought our 3-year-old to see the Bluey show downtown at the Raising Canes Center, legit right down the street. Loved the location. Breakfast was fabulous. The breakfast area was SO clean. Plenty of items to choose from. Plenty of towels, linens, etc. The AC worked REALLY well, hahaha.

Negatives: The only suggestion: get some hot sauce in the breakfast area, if I missed it, thats my bad! But that southwest omelette was BOMB. I wouldve splashed some chalula or LA hot sauce on it if it was available.
