Positives: nothing, it was awful
Negatives: dirty, lobby was Smokey and smelled like marijuana, mold and bugs in bathroom, flaking paint, damp scratchy sheets, siding off of building.

Positives: the staff were friendly and I think they were trying
Negatives: it looks like an old abandoned hotel from the outside. There’s a sign inside that says they’re renovating and it looked decent in the reception area. My room looked ok at first glance, but when I got in and looked around there was some sort of white debris all over the floor. This was around 3:00 PM when I arrived so I went and asked them to have it vacuumed. As I walked to the front desk I noticed the hall had the same while debris, so I let them know. she told me it was probably some sort of material from the renovation (looked like tiny styrofoam balls) and she’d get someone to clean it. I went back to my room and noticed the toilet seat was extremely loose— one of the bolts was gone or broken, so I went back to the desk to let them know. Then I went to my event and when I got back around 10:00 PM nothing had been done to either the floors or the toilet. I mentioned it to the front desk and she just acted like there was nobody available to do it. After getting to sleep I was awakened around 1:30 by a tapping sound that sounded like metal in a dryer. That sound continued on and off all night. i was so relieved to be able to check out in the morning. I feel bad for the owners. I feel like they are trying but the project is bigger than they can handle. Perhaps they can eventually get it on track but as of October 2022, I can’t recommend this place to anyone. If it was my hotel and a guest complained about debris in the room I would have cleaned it myself before leaving it and I would have tried to find a way to secure that toilet seat. If you’re going to succeed in the hospitality industry you need to have a way to make things right, both in housekeeping matters and maintenance every day.

Positives: the location was great right in an area where the food was good..
Negatives: The bathroom had mold or mildew, a lot of roaches, tub looked extremely old and the working crew right outside my window at 5am fixing the outside. I’ll never stay there again.

Positives: Even though they are in the middle of their renovational project the staff did an ABSOLUTE AMAZING job at making you feel very comfortable. Everything was still nice clean and very neat all things considered. A big THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING to the staff and we WILL SEE YOU AGAIN.
