Positives: The receptionist was very kind when I checked in.

Negatives: The door handle for the bathroom was broke, ceiling falling, not sure if they started renovation then stop, not enough towels, housekeeper was smoking while skipping rooms, when I asked for more towels she stated none would be available until 1:00pm but check out was at 11:00 am, no breakfast available as stated on the website, the front desk clerk stated they didn't have any breakfast due to the manager being out of town, remote volume didn't work for the TV, and they had a roach in the refrigerator.
