Positives:
I liked and chose it for the fact that they allow pets and for no additional cost. The rooms do not have carpet which is great when you have pets.
Negatives:
No breakfast (I understand with Covid), and although it didn't effect me personally if I wanted to swim I would be upset that the pool isn't open.

The elevator didnt work half the time. Police had to be called. Staff member parked in handicap space. Could have had their pool open but didnt. No breakfast. Other places severing in Houma but not there. Not even coffee in the lobby. Was the worst

TV was broke, door didnt lock, no hot water , blood stain on comforter , ac was leaking so water on the floor. Never received a new comforter

Door wouldn't close nothing in the room work only gave us one bed wood for people and couldn't find a cot and refused to bring us a blanket.

There is nothing good to say about this hotel. It's a dump. Sign says to wear a mask but nobody here does. Not the receptionist,owner, or maids. I asked why and the Hotel employee said we are strong here. Strong super spreaders

No sheets on one bed. Only a oil stained sheet on the other. No trash can. No Kleenex and a quarter roll of TP. TV didn't work same for most rooms.Have not worked in over three months. Heater and air conditioning didn't work. Dirt on the walls. The worst

Hair dryer didnt work, tub drained extremely slow so we were standing in ankle deep water, king size bed sunk in the middle, bathroom door hook fell off. Clerk said because of renovations in hotel nothing could be corrected.
