I would stay at extended...
Positives:
Set up in bedroom and bed fairly comfortable. It was pet friendly for those people who had pets.
Negatives:
However, room was only half cleaned as garbage was still in containers, but bed was clean, no hot water for shower, no ice machine and none of ice containers in freezer filled. You have to go to local gas station to get ice. Price was $60, and you get what you pay for unfortunately.

check In clerk was unfriendly and brusque he charged me a $100 key deposit which I’ve never experienced at any Extended Stay I have been to but was told I wouldn’t be charged if the key was returned and now I find my account has been charged the $100 in addition to my stay. I checked out at 4am had to hunt down the front desk person because she was nowhere to be found. she was apparently the laundry person as well because that is where she was in the laundry room. I gave my key directly to that person and asked for a receipt which I was told I would have to come back during business hours for a receipt so I left not expecting to be charged more than for just my stay.

I liked that there was a gas station right next door.
Negatives:
I didn’t like the beds where not Queen size when said they were, the beds where hard as a rock, the bathroom was horrible, no bath stopper, the bathroom floor was nasty when got there, they floor was peeling up and was dangerous for my kids. The room itself was not clean there was all kids of stuff up under the bed. I got told the breakfast was from 6-9:30 and then come 9:10 they rudely told me that it ends at 9. The “quite times” were not a real thing because we had neighbors that was blaring music and drinking in the hall.
