Positives:
Appreciated the availability of oatmeal and toppings at breakfast. Location was great for accessing many different areas of the city. Staff (maintenance, dining room & front desk) were all very friendly and helpful!
Negatives:
Bed was awful! Time to update mattresses or add a couple of layers of padding! Air conditioning in our room was broken but once we said something to staff, they immediately got it repaired and it ran well.

I didn't like that the bed was very uncomfortable. It dipped in the middle, and this is my go to hotel when im home. But they could use some new mattress in some rooms.
