Superb
Positives:
Perfect location and walking distance to River Ranch. Large sitting area in the lobby which was perfect for after the baseball game for families and children to gather together. The breakfast was very nice from waffles to east to grab muffins when heading out of the door.
Negatives:
When I had to cancel my hotel reservation due to flight cancellation the hotels manager (Mr. Summer) was nothing but dismissive to me. I called, emailed and left several messages asking for a refund. I finally had to call Hilton directly to solve this. matter. I case is still in review. It's upsetting one person can ruin an experience for many.

I liked the location of this hotel

When i arrived the staff member could not find my reservation. At that time, I was made known that there was no microwave in the room, which completely sucks. Especially for families with small children such as myself. When I made it to my bedroom, the TV would not power on which was a third strike for me. I then decided to check out of the stay about 30 minutes after check in, where I was told I wouldn’t receive a refund for a room
I never stayed in.
