the front Desk lady was awesome very nice and courteous

where I need to beginning with the lighting three out four lights were out two missing bulbs and the other two burnt out , the ironing board was broke and coming back that night from outing I noticed the hotel room door had a one to two inch gap from the door jam .
The bathroom sink would not stop running when cut off , they had hair in the towels and tub also the trash can in the restroom had streak of brown stuff on the inner and outside didn’t want to know what was it , upon on checkout they were three baby Roaches on the wall about the shower . This hotel wasn’t worth 450 a night staying the reason of choosing this location was because of the first hotel reservation was cancelled At another location because of over booking and we drove a very long ways to get here .

Easy to find, and easy, fast check-in with LaWanda. The room was nice, very clean and the bed was great good breakfast We were surprised to learn that there was no ice machine (especially for a southern state). Tanya was very kind and got me a bottle of frozen water from the employee refrigerator.
We loved the kitchen and large refrigerator, and since there was a full-size freezer, we were able to make ice for our water bottles for the next morning.
There was supposed to be a grab and go breakfast, but they were never delivered.
Metairie is a good place to stay to have easy access to New Orleans. We were pleased that the deposit for incidentals/damages was refunded quickly.
