I didn’t stay because they sold my reservation, when arrived at 11:30pm doors were locked and the desk person responded through the door that it was full, when I asked about my reservation that was paid she said it didn’t matter, they sold it, I had to find another place and argue with Booking.com for a refund. Which I never got. Don’t use booking.com and never stay at this place.

Elevator was out of order. Hotel staff tried to require my 80 year old disabled husband (who walks with a cane) to climb 3 flights of stairs!!! Then made him wait for hours for a room on the ground floor!!

Good staff, clean lobby and breakfast good, bed and bathroom clean,
Negatives:
The carpet through out the hallways and room were filthy and desperately need to be replaced. We did not want to touch anything and worried about bed bugs. This hotel needs a major renovation and is giving LA Quinta a very bad reputation in the area. Great location. No excuse for the filthy carpet.
