There was a marathon the day of our departure and we were not advised until we checked in. Would have been nice to know when I booked the room. We had to be out of the parking garage by 7a cause the road was closed until 11a after the marathon.

The easy breakfast, afternoon drinks, and dinner options for kids and adults. Very clean. Very accessible. The street car to Canal is 1 block away. The street car to the garden district is 2 blocks away. Very secure hotel as well.

More bathrooms needed in lobby, breakfast area, and pool area would be ideal.

Good Location. Good free breakfast, decent happy hour. Nice outdoor Hot tub, good fitness center, large TV in room. Easy walk to french quarter, most attractions. On Charles St. streetcar line. Staff excellent and helpful. Very clean hotel.

Breakfast was the same every day and popcorn maker and soda weren't running all day. (all free, but that's the only complaint). Went w/our 3 adult children and their partners (26-32) and we all had a great time, no complaints. Staff excellent.

The floor in our hotel room could have been a little cleaner. Maybe it needed better vacuuming. Also, it was apparent the hotel was trying to save money: the carpet and the bathroom linens showed their wear. alh

Everything was perfect. The room and amenities was everything u could want. It had a prime location for the event and area. The hotel staff was amazing.

This had to be one of the best hotels Ive ever stayed at. From the free drinks to the free dinner and breakfast, its an unbeatable deal staying here. Close to French quarter and downtown. A must stay for anyone coming to New Orleans.
