The hotel front desk guy was rude & intrusive.He put me in room directly on the street, and lied and said it was quiet. I got no sleep as there were constant slamming car doors people yelling,trucks unloading.Front desk guy even showed up at 11am w/ maid.

The staff was so lovely , property is charming and in an amazing , safe location , you can walk to all of the French Quarter hot spots and Louis Armstrong Park. Hotel was so quiet and peaceful .

cockroaches in the bathroom and in the sitting room, so small way over priced for what it is, very damp, dirty sheets and in all worse place i have ever stayed in. Sorry to say as the staff were all very nice.

It was filthy. It was dangerous to access the room via the stairs. The fire safety ladder was in front of the only exit window which was painted shut. The linens were course and smelled bad. There was no shampoo in the bathbarea, only mouthwash, lotion and conditioner. The total cost for 2 nights exceeded $650 and for that price we easily could have stayed in a hotel that wasn't a fire hazard, was comfortable and had essential amenities.
St. Pierre should be condemned or, at least, rated as 1 star
