I have not heard back from the hotel. We wanted to cancel due to the tremendous weather that was coming to the area and reached out about cancelling. The area did get the bad weather that was forecasted and I am glad that we decided to carry on through the area.

Check in was great. I arrived early & happy they had a room ready. Staff was terrific & service was excellent. Breakfast was good. Checking out, they let us leave our bags while attending the Festival.
Negatives:
The pull out sofa bed was pretty horrible. My son is tall & over 200 lbs. The mattress was short & very thin-- left a large gap between the end of the mattress & back of the sofa -- uncomfortable with no support.
