Positives: Room was nice and clean very well organized .
Negatives: The front desk the 2 employees were very rude answered a question with a question, the other employee talked to me basically with her mouth closed I couldn't understand anything she was saying ,checking in took about 25 min No one in front of me but manager and employee acted like I wasn't there .I asked to talk to the manager and I was completely ignored like I didn't ask to on top of all this I parked my car and paid for valet parking and they told me I didn't pull up enough that I needed to return to my car and pull up another 6 inches and then I'm asking is it far enough and they threw up there hands and would not communicate with me I have never been to New Orleans and I stated why I was there to take my brothers ashes home to New Orleans so they really made things difficult for me and my sister who drove from Oklahoma all night to make sure we got it done I own 2 businesses in oklahoma and if one of my employees spoke to a guest the way they did I would terminate them immediately.

Negatives: Overall I had terrible experience. The hotel failed to inform me that there is a problem with AC and they did not provide any compensation for that. I had to spend a night there as I arrived late and there weren’t any other options available anymore.
