I did not stay at the property at all. I returned the room key and left immediately I got in the room. it was dirty, with a nasty smell, the A/C was extremely old and was not working. It looked like an abandoned place. The customer service was horrible, not even tried to accommodate us in another room. We request a refund for this reservation because they gave me something I did not pay for

I did not like the room. the door to the bathroom was tore off the frame. the air conditioner had tape rigged to the outlet to keep it plugged in. the bed sheets had blonde hair all over- I don’t think the sheets were changed from the last person who stayed.

Don’t serve breakfast at all!! Location was quiet. It’s right off of I 20. Room smelled fresh.

No coffee until 10 o’clock in the morning that sucks… a smoke alarm pulled off the wall. The tv needs to go in dumpsters.it was a blur had lines and ripples. Old old school tv..we couldn’t find our room because the #’s are so small you have to get out of your car at night to see them. Need bigger room numbers on doors to find room. The a/c cover fell off and omg it was filthy I bet bugs call home. Room could us some paint. Also tub was either dirty or stained. The amount is not worth 1 night stay needs to be lower a lot lower in cost period.

It was really dirty and run down.. Water dripping from ceiling making a puddle on floor. Baseboards were falling off the walls. Looked like someone swept and pushed all the crap against the walls. There was something along the walls near the ceiling and it was literally hallway detached from the walls. Peeling paint on ac unit and pieces of paint on floor. Bathroom was super old, rundown.. Fixture on baththtub was missing. It was just a very questionable room. We stayed because it was late and we were traveling cross country and needed to sleep for a night. We will NEVER stay at this location again.

The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean.

The room was not well maintained. It was not clean in the corners so to speak. The A/C did not work well. It would hive out and switch to fan. The towels inside were picked up, but the bed was not made and towels were left hanging on my door.
