Location was super convenient, hotel is brand new, very groovy has all what you want in a boutique hotel. Restaurants, bars, shopping all in walking distance.
Negatives:
Affordable Parking options. $35 valet parking in Portland ME (price fluctuates from hotel to hotel) but stays around that price. That is why I will not be staying in down town Portland again. The only other time I stayed in Portland - I got $45 overnight, open air, no security parking lot fee (less than 12 hours) not advertised price! Aloft parking attendants were great - this is a Portland city issue! I guess a way to get money from people who are not residents of Portland. CRAZY!
