The bed is comfortable, sheets were spotless.
The towels were spotless.
Negatives:
There was a peeling wall/crack on the ceiling right above the bathtub and another crack in the ceiling in the bathroom.
The shower head is rusting (you can literally see the rust on it).
There was pieces of candy wrapping paper and dust behind the nightstand (things do fall in there and it seems like no one checks when they are cleaning).
There was no bars of soap to wash hands or just hand wash in general. I had to ask front desk for soap.
There was no body wash (attached to the wall by the bathtub), it looked like you ran out and no one checked.

The location of this hotel is great.
Negatives:
Room wasn't clean. Wouldn't kill someone to sweep the bathroom between customers. Housekeeping staff was loud and obnoxious in the halls early on a Saturday. Elevator was down. Other one behaved oddly. We have been to this hotel 4 or 5 times previously. It's always been worth coming back to. Until now.

The cookie and the staff that was at the breakfast buffet. She was funny and nice.

When I got to my room they only gave me one big towel. It was me and my husband in a room. Mind you, it was a room with double beds. When trying to take a shower, there was no body soap. Had to call down to get it. When they came, he just opened my door and went into my bathroom. Would not stay here again.
