The suites always have the room accommodations we need as a large traveling family.
Negatives:
The beds were damp and uncomfortable and smaller than the size advertised. The complimentary breakfast was very blah. Breakfast offerings were exactly the same every day and the eggs/Canadian bacon were always cold and rubbery. The only fruit offered was questionable looking oranges.

Help from front desk to alleviate my frustration when I found out I had mistakenly reserved 2 rooms and would be charged for 2 rooms. They kindly helped me correct that situation .
Negatives:
Pool did not open early enough in the morning .... our airport shuttle was departing at 9:30.

Way too EXPENSIVE for our very conservative budget .... and then ..... not able to use the pool.

the free breakfast was a full hot service. Many options and everything was delicious.

The credit card machine was malfunctioning. I had to swipe my card twice to show payment on the hotels end. My credit card posted both swipes as pending charges which decreased my available use by $700 for several days. This also happened to the man in front of me at the front desk two days before . He was livid. The front desk clerks knew that this kept happening to customers.

The stay was excellent and I recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay. Id be happy to stay there again

The room was pleasantly large and the beds were very comfortable. Has a big kitchenette with large fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, sink, dishwasher. Breakfast was good and lots of options. Room was clean and well isolated from outside noise.
Negatives:
Wish the cleaning team would clean everyday instead of having to ask for it.

Noisy location, extremely overpriced for what it is and the location. I also booked months in advanced and got two rooms and asked if they could be joining to which they couldnt accommodate found that kind of hard to believe.
