The desk attendant and manager were kind and tried to be accommodating.
Negatives:
Room was dirty with food on the floor and hair all over the bathroom sink. The phone, lamp and clock on the bed side table did not work. The manager and attendant quickly brought us to two other rooms to choose from. The first had food on the counters so we reluctantly chose the next one. We were tired from traveling a long distance and did not want to find another hotel. It was also not very clean and had cigarette burns on all counters and the tub. We showered with a towel on the tub floor and with shoes on. Checked the bed thoroughly and slept lightly. There is a small area to the right of the hotel with a picnic table and grill. The grill was full of garbage and the table was broken. Icing on the cake, a rope tied to a tree branch resembling a noose. Staff are great. Hotel is filthy and run down. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

Room was neat & clean. Very sparse as far as items advertised by Booking.com to be in the room. Specifically a coffee pot, cups and real glasses.
Negatives:
Exterior trash can collection never happened and interior hall trash room was filled with room trash bags and smelled like trash/garbage even though the building's outside dumpsters were empty. See my photos.
We had two plastic cups, iron & ironing board and towels in the room. Instructions indicate we could ask for them but they were not in the room as depicted in the Booking.com room description.
Outside pet station had no poop bags - empty.
