The personal in front desk very helpful, the coffe , the location is good one and really we feel very safe and comfortable...
Negatives:
The attitude of the main manager first day because the personal in the front desk was help us with the booking as the payment doesn't reflected at time so we has to wait in the lobby loonger, but any ways after that everything was great.

the first room I was in 182 had no hot water the first night when I went to shower, and the outlets and plugs didn't work nearest the bed. in asking the front desk attendant Daniel was very rude and loud and didn't let me finish my sentences. he just kept saying because I went through booking he couldn't do anything but send maintenance. ive never had a worse experience. he finally offered another room after but I refused to talk to him just wrote a note to obtain my keys.
