Positives: Great Location
Negatives: I was very disappointed with my recent stay at Delta Hotels by Marriott Baltimore North. During my short visit, I found two LARGE roaches in my room—one in the bathroom and another later in the evening. Instead of relaxing, I ended up playing exterminator which completely ruined my stay. When I reported it to the front desk, I was told “water bugs are normal” and that nothing could be done to compensate me at this time. This response was dismissive and unacceptable. Roaches in a guest room are not normal, and this is far below the standard I expect from a Marriott property. The hotel clearly needs a professional exterminator and better training for staff on how to handle guest concerns appropriately

Positives: The hotel is in a lovely setting with easy access to I-83. The complimentary breakfast offered is adequate, though not fancy.
Negatives: The weekend desk staff people were pleasant but not able to help us with a noise issue that they simply said couldn't be resolved until Monday or later.

Positives: The breakfast and the location were good
Negatives: I was not aware that this famous property in Baltimore has now become a flex hotel. The price seemed entirely too expensive for the very limited amenities. Also house keeping could do a better job in regularly cleaning the rooms. House keeping needed to be notified that you wanted your room clean and even then did not clean it. Also, it is very strange for a housekeeping staff member to show up and ask "what do you want me to do?" Other than that the staff was very pleasant particularly the front desk managers.

Negatives: The bar was poorly stocked. While Donald did a great job…he was very attentive and professional… the contents of the bar were sub par. They really need to offer a greater selection of spirits particularly their vodkas and rums.
