Negatives: No one knocked on our door in the morning for turn down service, when I asked for it before we left for the day, they left sheets in the corner for us to do it ourselves. Never stayed at hotel that wouldn’t do that for you. The tv would glitch every 5 seconds. The elevator is old and scary. there’s no main staircase that leads to the 3rd floor either.
