Breakfast was very good. One morning the waffle mix wouldn't come out but the attendant came right away and very kindly fixed it for us! The location was nice but 5 minutes down the road was a little rougher area of town (to us) but we're not used to the city. ;)

When used booking.com wasn’t told about the $100 hold for incidentals. Also could used new pillows ,they were very flat and uncomfortable.

The breakfast was good and the staff was very nice and accommodating. The hotel was in a great location . Near sites near the Mall and near lots of restaurants and attractions. I would book again for the location and the customer service.
Negatives:
I had to change rooms My first room had lots of ants. The staff was very swift with changing the room. I asked the hotel to put 2 rooms near each other , That did not happen we were on totally different floors.
