Patient & kind staff, clean facility that feels safe and was consistently clean.
Negatives:
Not much but if I have to pick I'd say the limited breakfast and TV options but as a realistic person there was really nothing to complain about. Even the breakfast was good, maybe a 2nd full size waffle iron to reduce wait time but they're worth the wait so again, no real complaints.

Negatives:
The hallways and common areas were dirty. The bathtub was stained and drained slow. Toilet was temperamental and no fan in the bathroom (we were there for a GI procedure, a fan would have been helpful). It says they have streaming aps on the TVs but they do not. No on site parking (valet only).

The breakfast was great, pool was nice the first night, the rest of our stay it was so unbearably cold that we could not use.
Negatives:
I reserved adjoining rooms, called the hotel after making online reservations,they said not a problem, called again the week of and confirmed we were all set for the adjoining rooms, arrived and the rooms weren't available. Was very frustrating.
