Positives: The location was great. Breakfast was okay. The gentlemen that assisted with our luggage and at breakfast were so kind and helpful
Negatives: The front desk staff could use some manners and kindness classes. The carpets in the lobby and in our room were disgustingly filthy. My 2 year old granddaughter kept removing her socks and shoes in the room and the bottoms of her feet were black from the filthy carpet! The couch and chair in the room were also filthy. There were five of us staying. Only three towels and wash cloths in the room when we arrived. Called the front desk and was told they would send up more "if they had any". Requested towels 3 more times. They replaced our towels while we were out... With three towels and two washcloths!!! The bathtub stopper didn't work. We had to stuff a washcloth in the drain to give granddaughter her baths. Which shorted us another washcloth.The guest laundry was next to our room. However, housekeeping was using it to wash bed linens so it was not available to guests. The bathroom in the lobby doesn't have a changing table for diaper changes, and it was filthy too! Overall bad experience.

Negatives: When I booked, I specifically stated that there were 5 adults. I booked 1 room and the website stated there was 1 king bed, 1 queen bed and 1 sofa bed. There was only 1 king bed and 1 sofa. The pictures showed a large space. It was rather small.

Positives: They hotel lost internet service and gave away our room. They put us on the other side of the hotel where the rooms were smaller. I was told my room would be comped due to the mix up.

Positives: The staff was incredibly friendly, exceeding my expectations. Two staff members deserve special recognition: Kani who was the evening bartender and who also handled food orders. He was amusing, extremely solicitous and efficient—and—most importantly, he laughed at my husband’s inane jokes. We loved him. I can also give the same complements to Asia who worked the front desk. Please let them know how much we appreciated them and their helpful service.
Negatives: The room was as expected in terms of space. However, the decor was a bit dated, and the wallpaper was peeling in several areas.

Positives: I booked, confirmed, and was CHARGED for their PREMIUM TOP ROOM (Panoramic Suite). After checking in, I walked into a room that was a single king bed room. They GAVE my room away, and were BOOKED UP! I had called them a week before, a day before and TWO HOURS before checking in to CONFIRM everything was good and okay! They said they would refund me (while I am standing there with two babies, pregnant, fiance unloading the truck, in-laws waiting to sit down and get ready for dinner, and fiance's sister. Then, I have to usher them all out of the 1bed king room, and front desk offers me a downgraded room. I HAVE PAID FULL PRICE for their top level room. After checking out, they billed me for a room I not only didn't stay in, but said they would correct it. Here it is two months later, and the manager tells me everytime we speak she will call me back and not ONCE ever has. They are very polite in tone and mannerisms, however, I want my money back. The manager, in contrast to the front desk telling me they were going to refund me, said she would only have me charged for the room we were forced to sleep in (after everyone driving from over 3-5 hours away and with babies). That room she said was half the cost of what I paid. Well, my accounts are negative, and it's hurting my finances and I have not received ONE CENT back. I have never had to take anyone to court before, but if this isn't ressolved soon, it will have to go there. WAYYYYY tooooo much money to SCAM me out of!!! Literally SCAMMED by a HUGE hotel. BEWARE!
