We changed the room on our first night. The hallway too loud because the room was just next to an elevator. Walls were pretty porous. We could hear someone coughing the whole night. We change the room to a different level. Elevator was beaten down. It always stops at 5th floor due to a glitch. Bad needed repairs.

The hotel and room are not cleaning/towels, and sheets look dirty and dingy (not white, but yellow). An elevator doesn't work, a long wait, the one that works all dirty and damaged.

It was convenient to where everyone who were visiting lives.

There was only one working elevator and that moved so slow we had to take the steps most of the time bc it took too long to come to the floor we needed it on. And the floor on the elevator needs some repairing. The shower doors for the bathroom weren’t completely secure. I went to slide the door open and almost fell once bc it swung in towards the inside of the shower.
