Location was convenient for the purpose of our visit,convenient parking ,business area and attractions.

No vent in the bathroom I stayed ,had to request for another room,my door was not locked.House keepers didn’t make effort to clean my room after day 3,They did not speak English.I had to message management.No towels and facilities changed after I made my request known.Bugs made my kids uncomfortable.

Everything!!!!!! The lobby was old! The cleaning staff did not speak English!! The room had peeling chairs! ALL the walls were dirty! The bed sunk in when you laid down! The windows were old, and the lamp shades were dirty
The furniture was beaten up! The view off the elevator showed shoddy plaster work! The bathroom sink was leaking. While taking a shower, the water stood in tub like I was taking a bath! The cleaning person took our towels and floor mat and never replaced them... my husband had to go get some from the lobby because they left for the day! The coffee cup tops were too small for the coffee cups... no iron board in the room! I booked two rooms and they both were horrible! It was the worst comfort inn I have ever stayed! It's the worst hotel ever! I I am so surprised that Booking.com would have this hotel as a choice to stay! It is the worst ever, and I no longer trust booking.com! I paid for the worst hotel ever! I'm so disappointed that I paid to stay in such a beat-up hotel! The smell of Marijuana in the halls! It was the worst hotel experience EVER!!!!!!!!!! BOOKING.COM YOU SHOULD HIRE PEOPLE TO CHECK HOTELS BEFORE YOU ADVERTISE ON YOUR SITE! I will be happy to take the job! I keep writing because I am in utter disbelief that you would have these kind of hotels on your site for people to spend their hard earned money and have a terrible experience! IT REMINDED ME OF A HOTEL WHERE PEOPLE COME FOR A ONE STAND OR TO CHEAT ON THEIR SIGNIFICANT OTHER PEOPLE PLEASE I BEG OF YOU DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!

Mostly clean facilities and bathrooms, decent breakfast when you can make your own waffles, if mix is available. Front desk staff are pleasant and courteuous from my experience, can accomodate if you have issues. Beds comfortable enough, AC works well. Toiletries were stocked, sheets clean.
Negatives:
1st room had a noisy AC, family couldn't sleep well. Once transferred to another, much better. They also cut off the water / drinks fountain after breakfast time it seems, maybe to cut costs or upsell the bottled drinks / snacks, etc. At least you can still get your own ice though. Also found one bug, though it was just a small silverfish in the restroom. Otherwise, not too awful.

Positives:
TV position/operation/channels were good. Water pressure was good. Large desk for placing items, writing, computer, etc. Waffles were good
Negatives:
Handicapped accommodations for shower (i.e., seat, more handrails). Telephone in room was not operable. Unable to close curtains completely....sun beamed in the room early in the morning. Real sausage and eggs would have been nice. Tables at breakfast needed cleaning more frequently by staff as guests finished eating.
