Ayanna at the desk was freindly and professional. She went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and had every thing we needed. She upgraded our room when she saw which room we had reserved and realized that we needed more room for my handicapped wife. I would recommend this motel to anyone traveling through that area. I will recommend Red Roof for the great value.

Just an over night stay...

We booked a king handicapped room. The bed was not a king! Very small to get around in a wheelchair. There was no grab bar by the toilet so nothing to hold on to. It was billed as a walk in shower but it was a regular tub with some grab bars added. This place is really old and needs work. I also paid more for a handicapped room which is against the Disabilities Act. I will be reporting Red Roof this location if I don’t get a full refund.

The 2 ladies i saw checking in and out were great!The location was close to everything. .

Well, there are a few things to write, unfortunately. The beds were very uncomfortable. One more then the other. I felt the springs laying on one of them. It was a terrible night's sleep. I had driven from long island and made a stop before going to the hotel and was hoping for a comfy bed. Also there was so much noise above me. Between the kids running around and then the 2nd night it sounded like someone was rearranging their room over my me. Until like 2 in the morning. Ugh. Also the drain in the tub was busted and it took awhile for the water to drain when I showered.. Last but but not least the refrigerator size was bigger then you usually get which was great, but the way it was put in was in an incline and when you opened the door it would fling and hit the dresser.
