The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The continental breakfast had a large variety of foods, drinks..that was very nice.
Negatives:
I didnt like the fact i got placed into a room that had not been renovated, so i did not a get a hotel room that was pictured on the site.
It was older, and the carpets were stained im sure from the suitcase dollys, the marks were a black color like the wheels on one of those. This made it difficult to fig out if the carpets were dirty or stained.
the beds were ok, not the most comfy, but not totally uncomfortable. it was ok for the night.

Reasonable location; close to gas station & restaurant.
Clean towels & clean bathroom.
Negatives:
Facility is shabby, needs painting, needs carpet replacement or at minimum shampooing.
Sheets were spotted but we used them anyway.
Since you are cleaning every 3 days your waste baskets should be bigger.
Sink plunger did not work; plastic tissue box holder was cracked in multiple places, mold hanging off popcorn ceiling in bathroom was not pleasant. The outside sitting area is tiny and hadn't been cleaned (leaves and litter everywhere).

We had a nice overnight...
Positives:
Everything was great. Nice clean spacious room with good air conditioning and huge bed. I liked that there was a mini-fridge in the room as well as a microwave and a coffee maker. Breakfast was nice with a good selection of premade items like bagels, fruit cups, yoghurt etc, as well as hot scrambled eggs and make-your-own waffles.
