Thank God for the Walgreens that was right next door. My husband became ill and stayed that way. We never left our room other than me for necessities
The bed seemed different than previous Hampton's.
Negatives:
Well, let's start with the fact that I booked the room through booking.com but the front desk didn't see it in the computer. She kept going into a back room and she asked me for the CC I used, then she went back into the back room. Long story short, (we stood at the front desk for probably 45 minutes before it was resolved, but not really)when she came out and gave us keys and my CC, she never mentioned that she charged me too, over $300. I got to find that when I returned home. Also, FYI, I showed her the confirmation from Booking.com and she didn't even call them she just went ahead and charged me again without telling me. The charge has yet to be reversed as well. Coffee in lobby, terrible and I had to ask twice if they were or could they make more coffee. It was just a terrible stay. I was sick by Sunday for the never ending ride home and I was not better in a week so turns out, mine went into pneumonia which I'm just getting over. We wore masks as we exited and let the front desk know to inform housekeeping. It was some women just coming in, looking around I guess for the desk agent. Honestly she acted like she could care less that we were concerned for housekeeping.

I stay at this hotel often and it’s usually exceptional. I stayed 2 nights this time and both times the tv was not working.
The 2nd night I had a different room and the bathroom was dirty with hair in it. The room wasn’t as crisp clean as usual.

This hotel was very clean , the rooms were awesome, beds were comfortable and breakfast was decent . Hotel staff were friendly too. Only thing that was bad was the water pressure in the shower .

The location was great for our purposes and easy on and off the interchange.
Negatives:
I had to wait a long time before a girl came out of the locked office door and seemed upset because I interrupted her from whatever she was doing in the office. No smile. No greeting. She asked for my name and ID then handed me a room card with the Room # written on it and went back into the office. One of the cleaning people directed me to the elevator. Room keys malfunctioned several times causing us to have to go back to the front desk to get them operational.
