Brought a pet certification card that I've never had an issue with anywhere else.But best western didn't recognize and charge me a thirty dollar pet fee. So basically ended up being a 150 something dollars.

Unfriendly front desk person. Lousy breakfast. I requested a first floor location since were handicapped and traveling with a small dog. Despite being 98% empty, they stuck us on a second floor miles from the elevator.
