The hotel was ok, we slept one night on our way north of Washington and left in the morning after we woke up. We didn't buy breakfast, or used any of its facilities.

The room is large. It is conveniently located for our business trip.
Negatives:
In reality several aspects were very negative: 1) fans were noisy, 2) breakfast options were very limited (some paid things could be ordered, such as pancakes....), 3) house cleaning only every 4 days! If requested more frequently, customer would have to pay. That's unacceptable for such a high priced hotel. 4) By chance we noticed that on the last night additional charges were tried to be taken from our credit cards (up to 300USD was charged to a colleague). Front desk couldn't explain why, it seemed that upon check-in they had mistakenly not linked the payment to the correct rooms! If we hadn't noticed, this would have passed unseen! When confronting front desk, nothing could be done as the issue had to be resolved with the manager which was not there. They promised to call us, but never did. Somehow the charges were removed later that day. Be careful with Hilton Green Belt, always check your credit cards! unforgettable, we won't return for sure.
