What i didnt like about this stay? Lets start with the $150 security deposit which was not clearly mentioned in the booking, I had no choice but to pay it or eles i wouldnt get the room and now it is taking forever to go back to my card, the guy who checked us in said it would go back in 48 hours then the lady at check out said 7-10 days? So the employees themselves are not sure. Dirty towels, which had dried up hard stuff stuck to them, dirty sheets that had a small blood stain on them. The Tv was too dim. Hall ways were hard to navigate since they didn't have many signs stating the way to the lobby or elevator. The ice machine on the 4th floor(where i stayed) was broken, so i had to go to the 3rd or 1st floor to get ice. Also, the flushing for the toilet in the bathroom was so light and wouldn't work at times. You had to wait like 5 mins before flushing again.Overall, im very, very disappointed with my stay. For the price and the extra i had to pay for the security deposit, this hotel is not nearly worth the cost. Will not be staying here again or recommending it to anyone. The quinta hotels are just as nice and dont charge you a security deposit.

Shower wouldnt drain. There was a screw coming out of the temp knob. They fixed it. Weird splatters on the walls in the bathroom and hair stuck to the ceiling. The bedding had blood and the front desk ppl didnt get us new bedding. They were not helpf

The man at the front desk was the only employee on an extremely busy night and did a great job dealing wit everyone checking in.

When I walked in the room it had such a foul smell.. It was so bad I had to go and ask for a new room. The new room was not as bad, but bad enough that we ate the cost of the second night and checked into and paid for an entirely different hotel.

The bed was comfortable. Location was great. Continental breakfast was adequate and you could order more at a cost.
