The rooms smelled like smoke. The ac was broke only one towel I booked two rooms two adults 5 kids asked if we could both rooms next to each other I was told no boy could he same hall. There was trash everywhere pillows and blankets thrown into hallway and drug addicts everywhere

Check in was at 3pm. The guy working the front desk gave us a key card to a room with only one bed, even though I reserved a room with two beds. We got there at 3:00 to check-in, the room was not ready until a little after 4pm. We had to wait for our room to be cleaned. The staff working the front desk were not very friendly. The housekeeping was friendly. Once we saw how filthy the inside of the lobby was, we were concerned with what our room would look like. We went to the room we were supposed to stay in and gave the cleaning lady money to make sure our room was cleaned thoroughly. There was no microwave, refrigerator or coffee maker. It was very ghetto!

Blankets had cigarette burn, sheet were dirty and look like there were two dried up blood spots, smoke detector in dresser draw, fire sprinklers covered with plastic. We called front desk and asked for clean sheets, but she didn't have the key to housekeeping and she said she was sending someone to our room, but person never showed up. One of the headboard lights did not work.
