No pool. Closed.
We booked the room for 4 people and we given two towels in the bathroom.
Front desk was staffed by only one individual who was non responsive to our service requests.
Breakfast was too expensive. $88 for a buffet for three adults and a 7 year old with no table service except for a glass of orange juice was not worth the price.

Positives:
The staff was friendly and tried to help. The room was nice but definitely well used.
Negatives:
Two of the three elevators were broken and the floor buttons didn't always work. (If the last evevator breaks the hotel will no longer be ADA compliant) This created long waits for the elevator. One of the escalators was broken. Only half the electric outlet in the main ball room worked so extension cords were run every where creating tripping hazards. The the men's room on the lower level next to the elevator had a leaking pipe causing the floor and carpet in the area to be soaked all weekend and creating a slipping hazard in the men's room. On Friday the air conditioning in the main ball emroom was not working causing the temperature to reach 86 degrees. The staff told us Marriott has refused to spend money to fix the many issues this aging property has.
