I liked that the facility was clean, up-to-date and the staff was nice.
Negatives:
I arrived at the hotel around 10:30 and was told that I would possibly have to wait until noon before I would be given a room. This was very off putting, because I had somewhere to be at 12:30 that day. The day prior, I received an email from the hotel where I had to indicate the time that I would be checking in. So I was a little confused about why there were not any accommodations for me upon arrival. Being that I'm not from Baltimore nor did I know anyone there, it kind of put me in a panic. I wanted to just go to another hotel. But per the Booking.com app, I could not get my money back. I ended up having to wait about 45 mins to get a room. Which caused me to be about 10 mins late getting to where I had to go. Even though there was a bit of a hiccup initially, everything else went smoothly, and I had no further issues the rest of the weekend.
