The staff were great and the room was clean.
Negatives:
People are smoking cigarettes inside and the outside the hotel building. Even the elevators are full of cigarette smoke.

Just in town for a day, facilities were acceptable, check in was fast (after a small glitch), everyone was cheerful.

Ability to hear (very clearly) activity next door, didnt know where to find ice or an ice bucket, no breakfast meat for the free breakfast.

Nice place to stay during a visit to Baltimore without the cost of staying in Baltimore.

The shuttle from the airport took almost an hour to arrive. When we called the first time we were picking up our luggage and we were told to call again once we were at the shuttle stop. Once we got to the shuttle stop, we called back and we're told ten

Could hear the people above us after midnight and before dawn. No outlet on the lamp like I'm used to so I couldn't have my phone in the bed.

The location was convenient and parking was free onsite. The asthetics of the facility were appealing and the rooms were spacious and clean.
Negatives:
There is nothing I did not like about this facility in particular. I have no complaints whatsoever. If I can think of one thing, the TV was far from the bed which is ok but I didn't want to turn up the sound because I didn't want to disturb the neighbors in the other room.

No daily Housekeeping. Shuttle didn't go to/from BWI rail station. Kitchen appliances where a little small. Seemed like some of the guests had been relocated from a homeless shelter.
