Negatives: Absolutely nothing!

Negatives: I wished it was warm so we could have enjoyed the beach! No complaints at all!!!

Negatives: When the parking lot was full it was tight, but that wouldn’t deter me from staying in the future.

Negatives: Staff wasn't so welcoming towards solo travelers, not well ventilated spaces poor indoor air quality

Negatives: I had stuff on my floor when I got into my room. Ice machine didn't work on my floor. Wasn't a friendly atmosphere.

Negatives: There was an issue during the check-in process; the name on my booking account is slightly different than my identification, something that's a quick fix. I respect the operations manager for apologizing for the debate upon arrival and for making me feel unwelcome. The staff didn't seem friendly or to enjoy their job, minus two of the young ladies at the registration desk, they at least maintained a smile. Coming from the Baltimore area and staying at many hotels as I travel, I'm used to seeing some efforts to be at least personable. The maid/housekeeper frowned her face up at me, which was disrespectful. Also, she kept slamming the doors of every room she went into, which frequently woke me up and bothered my dog. The breakfast was not good at all. My dog didn't even want to eat the bacon, which was extremely hard, like glass; I couldn't believe it was freshly cooked. I had to coerce my dog to eat the sausage by shoving it into his mouth and mixing it with his wet food. The sausage was mushy, and the first type of sausage had some weird skin wrapping on it. The pancakes were rubbery. The blue crab egg benedict didn't have blue crab in it. It was flavorless, along with the potatoes. The Grapefruit Paloma was delicious; I wished it came in a larger to-go cup. Honestly, they should invest in new cooks and servers to get their 3.8 rating higher, people who are passionate about food—also, something to attract the fruit flies. The room was just fine. The ocean view was spectacular except when a neighbor smoked weed on their balcony. I had to rush back in because I'm pregnant and don't want secondhand smoke. Also, I didn't want to get charged for my room smelling like weed when I didn't and can't smoke. The bathroom had more hair follicles on the shower ceiling than I expected. There was white soap scum left on the faucet and shower heads. It stood out because they're black.

Negatives: The only glitch was the computers were down when I arrived for check in.So I had to wait a few hours to get a key to my room, but not a big deal. There were plenty of staff to let you in your room whenever you needed to get in. Everything worked out just fine. And we had a great stay anyway
