Positives: Great location. Sunset views on the Bay. Room was very clean & spacious.

Negatives: Indoor pool was closed. Indoor basketball court is shown in photos but the court is 3 miles away with a $70 per hour charge. Put us in a room in the middle of a large group that were insanely loud.

Positives: Although it was off season, the atmosphere was amazing. I don't expect much more than cereal and danishes when breakfast is included in the reservation but the breakfast that they provided exceedingly surpassed my expectations, it was truly exceptional. The room was great at an amazingly affordable price. Both check in and check out were quick without any glitches. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Ocean City, MD.

Negatives: I have no dislikes at all about this establishment, just wish I would've taken more pictures.
