The room was very clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was amazing.
Nice floor on fourth floor, spacious with comfortable bed and pillows; large seating area with sofa.
Evening reception woman ignored waiting customers while talking on phone for at least 10-15 minutes. She gave wrong information about breakfast, and did not give details about parking.
Just a quick one night stay while traveling to another location and hotel.

Room is spacious, theres a coffee machine with three pods, bed is comfortable.
Room wasnt clean: there are layers of dust behind furniture, windows look like they havent been cleaned in months, the couch had crumbs on it.
Comfortable hotel but overpriced for what you get and should be cleaner
trying to plug my cpap in half the electric capacity of the room died. when I called reception I was told to wait until the next shift arrived. When they did I was offered a power bar to use as an extension cord. So I was able to use my cpap, but sleep was doomed as every so often the toilet started to flush,noisily. Next morning I learned that the room next door was vacant, so I was allowed to move into it. Upon departure, I was offered a refund for the first night, but told I would have to collect it from booking.com, as I paid booking.com for the room. I have no idea how to do this so hope you will contact me directly with instructions. I have a copy of the receipt showing the refund. Just tell me where to send it. This wrinkle dampens my enthusiasm for further dealings with Expedia considerably.

The rooms were often stuffy and smelled of dampness.
The room was very spacious, clean and modern. The location was within walking distance from my reason for visiting this area.

I didnt like the sofa in the room, it was kind of old and odd smelling.
