Negatives: The elevators were broken. Sketchy people around the building at all hours. Breakfast was gross, tasted old. No pool. No fitness center. No bar. Definitely not worth $155. Although the staff was nice and there wasn't much they could do, the entire place could otherwise be known as the tower of terror or hotel of horrors.

Positives: The staff was very friendly. They did what they could to help the situation. The location of this hotel is great!

Negatives: Each amenity I sought was closed. The fitness center in renovation, pool as well. I'm not sure why the restaurant was closed. All of these were listed as open in booking.com. **I FOUND ROACHES. In 2 different rooms. Completely unacceptable. I am hopeful, after shaking out all of my belongings, I do not bring these things to my home. The staff informed me an exterminator will access the room and determine if there is an infestation for a refund. I should be given a refund either way! I'll attach pictures.
