Negatives: I showed up for my pre-booked room with my tired family, only to be told they were overbooked and I didn’t have a room. OK… possibly the fault of Booking.com, but who knows? I received no notice if this until I tried to check in. Then sent by desk clerk to a Hampton Inn 15 minutes away with a letter directing them to honor my reservation without additional charge (pre-arranged by manager??). Yeah, clerk at next hotel has no way to verify this, and I end up paying for the room there. This was very frustrating and extremely unprofessional!

Positives: The first night I stayed they did have keys to get in and out my room the front desk person said they delivered the wrong keys to the hotel and that I would have a key in the morning big inconvenience and I’ve been trying to get a refund for the first night with no luck the manager have yet to respond to emails and call poor customer service.the person that was working the front desk was having to run people to there rooms so if u left out of the hotel you had to wait for him to let you in or leave the door cracked.I will never stay there again.
