Negatives: breakfast could be a whole lot better. just coffee and breakfast bars?

Negatives: i always prefer to be situated off the ground flooe and in a room on rear of building, because they always appear to be much quieter than fonrt or floor level rooms. i was given a 3rd floor room in front, even after the receptionist told me i was in luck cause most of their check outs were on the 3rd floor. i should've been given what i requested or at least told only front rooms were free. i wasn't afforded that privilege.

Negatives: Beds are tiny

Negatives: The room smelled like cigarettes and marijuana and they did not have a double bed room that I paid for!

Negatives: It had roaches in my room

Negatives: The manger was all over the place. They had not enough covers.

Negatives: Grab and go breakfast wasn't that good and picked over by employees....and went to shower and water was very cold

Negatives: The free breakfast is a joke. All they had was bad coffee, oatmeal, and a muffin. Nothing hot. Not even fruit.

Negatives: We were traveling with two small dogs and requested a first floor room close to an exit for efficiency purposes with taking the dogs in and out. The staff fulfilled our request; however, they could only provide us with one room key, and the key would not open the door from the outside, closest to our room. Therefore we could exit through the door, but could not re-enter and thereby we were forced to walk around the front of the hotel and through the lobby with the dogs to re-enter our room. I should also mention it cost us an additional $54/day for the dogs, which is approximately half of the room rate. Additionally, the room was equipped with a kitchen (which the counters were in very poor shape), but the hotel did not provide dish liquid, paper towels, dishes, silverware, etc. The toilet would not flush properly; it required us to hold down the lever when at a certain point it would finally flush.....slowly.

Negatives: Breakfast was lacking and no dishes in room. Having to ask for everything inconvenient.

Negatives: pain problem is every room is not the same, so its often a crap shoot as to whether u have proper lighting, up to date amenities, some room carpeted, other are not, some rooms have lamps with usb charging stations, while others do not, and the idea of a single small trash bin rather than one for the bathroom, and one for the bed and lounge area, i find inconvenient. they are otherwise a dang good fit for me. thanks

Negatives: Smell of dope smoking in front of the building every day and from some of the rooms . Bathroom fixtures falling apart. Maid service virtually non- existent.

Negatives: The frig door needed to swing in the other direction
