Positives:
Breakfast slightly better than most, but still barely edible.
Negatives:
Hotel was filthy throughout stay. A notice mentioned some construction that was not seen (was the weekend) but there was spackle dust in our room and multiple types of dust and larger particles on the carpet in the halls. On first request to clean room desk attendant offered to loan us a vacuum. He later vacuumed the room only by himself after checking with his manager for permission to leave the desk. Also multiple problems with keys not opening exterior doors, causing a lot of walking. When room was cleaned on 2nd day, they took the dirty towels but didn't leave new ones.

The breakfast had nothing for those of us with allergies. Despite asking twice, the wrong card was charged at check out. Staff were watching tv a lot. Not a great room, it was ok. Nothing more.

Positives:
The property was in a quiet area and close to the location my family were residing in.
Breakfast was good, the host Sima was fantastic and incredibly nice! She’s about the only positive aspect of things at this property.
Negatives:
The rooms smelled of musk, mildew and stale overall. Bed linens, towels weren’t fresh, I found a few stains on them or they smell unpleasant so I had to ask for new ones. House keeping doesn’t do a thorough job so rooms are not well maintained. Rooms are outdated, some of the doors on the dresser and washing machine are barely hanging on. The doors to the bathroom are hard to shut.
Customer service is horrible, I came in with a reservation that was prepaid already but they still ran my card and charged me twice. The front desk lady name Reene was INCREDIBLY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL! Out of my years from staying in hotels I’ve never seen such behaviors for an individual in this field of customer service. I kindly addressed my concerns about the smell in my room and notified her that her coworker offered me another room if it persists, she laughed at me in a mockingly way and did not want to help even if I offered to pay extra. She rolls her eyes and does not help in anyway. The workers here are very rude and have attitude problems. For how much they charge for a night for really bad services, it’s not ok.

Positives:
I love that the outside appearance felt homely. The rooms were very nice. We had a king suite with the livingroom area and kitchen. I really appreciate the kitchen especially the microwave (many hotels don’t offer microwave) the entire property was very clean. They do need new pool towels (it was the size of a wash cloth) I almost thought it was an accident. Maybe a staff grabbed the wrong towels, but it had the blue stripes that differentiate the pool towels (lol) However the pool area was very nice, my 7yr old did not want to leave. He said next time we’re back we should stay at this hotel. Overll I give it a 10 (new towels please!!)
