Positives:
Location was ideal and one of the main selling points for me. Very central for Boston Commons, Luke's Lobster, Aquarium, Fenway Music Hall, Fan Pier Marina, Very much like the history of the Parker House and that they offer an economical single studio room for solo travelers.
Negatives:
The lobby is dark and dreary

Very good
Positives:
The staff was great, friendly and professional. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the showers had hot water! The location is terrific as we could walk everywhere without the expense of cabs. We loved the staff at The Last Hurrah, especially Francesco who is a charmer. Overall great experience.
Negatives:
We had breakfast in the restaurant our first morning. The waitress was great but she was the only one there (evidently the other called in). She had to handle the whole restaurant. My meal was lukewarm at best. Also on the day we were leaving we had the hotel call a cab to arrive at 9:00 AM. It did arrive but the cab was filthy and the front seat (where one of the passengers had to sit) was wet and sticky. She had to fly home in that condition. I know the hotel is not responsible but you may need to address it with the cab company.

Exceptional
Positives:
Everything about this stay was amazing! From the door man, to the luggage storage staff, to the bar staff at The Last Hurragh, everything was exceptional.
Negatives:
There wasn't really anything, other than the road noise which is to be expected when staying in a city like this. The parking garage wasn't attached to the hotel and is $45/ day.

Good
Positives:
Great location to just about anything you wanted to see or do in London. We walked everywhere and the hotel has a great history. Everyone was very nice, on site Starbucks, shop and restaurant was great. We were there at 4th of July and saw the parade go right by.
Negatives:
The room was super small, the bathroom was like a powder room - just very, very small. For a family of 4, with two adult children it was cramped for a 5day/4night stay. Also, we had requested a mini-fridge for the room upon booking. When we arrived I mentioned it upon checking in, they said they would send one up. Never did. Asked again the next day at the front desk when picking up our free (warm) water bottles, they said it would be sent up. We stayed for 4 days, never got the fridge. After asking 3 times and calling down once, I was done.
