Bed was broke down and felt like I was going to roll out of it. Honestly we had stayed at The Hampton in Salem and the customer service and amenities were so much better. Do not believe I would stay here again.

Positives:
The front desk staff was exceptional, especially Trevon who made our stay a lovely experience. The valets were also kind and knowledgeable. The location is ideal for walking to the North End, Boston Market and TD Garden. The drinks were delicious and opening up the window allowed a cool breeze to filter in making for a lovely night. There are plenty of comfy seating areas around the hotel which were pleasant and inviting.
Negatives:
The room was spacious but there was a stain in the carpet and food residue on a bedside lamp. We also asked for the quietest room possible and we were directly across from housekeeping. It was a shift change and it was quite loud. We asked for a room change or a noise machine and the front desk promptly moved us.
