Negatives: For the amount of money I paid I expected to find a parking to park not $60.00 dollars per day for valets. I forgot my toiletries nothing was provided in the room just the towels. Very disappointed

Positives: Housekeeping and cleanliness were overall great. Appreciated the heated pool and spa as well.
Negatives: I had 3 very fitful nights of sleep due to the noisy heater (located in the bedroom)cycling on and off. Also, check in staff was a little snooty that I had booked third party. There is also a very loud sales rep that accosts people at breakfast.

Positives: That it was close to the airport and that there was an airport shuttle.
Negatives: The staff hung up on me 10x when I called to get a shuttle from the airport. At the hotel, no one was working the desk. Waited forever for staff behind the office to noticed me. Hotel room dirty, sheetsw/ numerous make up stains, hair, etc, clearly used.
